Chad Brown will saddle Rosalind as the favorite at odds of 5-2 on the morning line. A four-year-old daughter of Broken Vow, the chestnut filly will be switching back to the turf after finishing fourth in the Odgen Phipps (G1) on dirt at Belmont Park. Prior to that, she won the Sheepshead Bay Stakes (G2) to earn the third victory of her career. Joel Rosario will be in the irons and they are scheduled to break from post position ten.
Augustin Stables has a loaded entry
Owner George Strawbridge’s Augustin Stables will be represented by an entry of Kitten’s Point and Chat at odds of 4-1 on the morning line. Kitten’s Point is a five-year-old daughter of Kitten’s Joy trained by Graham Motion and will be trying to earn her second consecutive graded stakes victory. Edgar Prado will be aboard from post eight. Chat, a five-year-old daughter of Dynaformer for Jonathan Sheppard, will be trying for her first stakes victory and will break from post nine under Andry Blanco.
Stakes debut for lightly-raced Queen's Parade
Also in the field at morning line odds of 6-1 is Queen’s Parade for trainer Claude “Shug” McGaughey, III. A four-year-old daughter of Giant’s Causeway, the chestnut filly has been on the board in six of her nine starts and will be stepping up to stakes competition for the first time. She won an optional claiming race at Belmont Park last time out to earn her second career victory. John Velazquez will be aboard and they will break from post seven.
