On Saturday at Gulfstream Park, the track will host the 3rd edition of the $100,000 Sugar Swirl Stakes. The Grade 3 race will be run at six furlongs on the main track and has drawn a field of six fillies and mares. 
The $110,000 Express is the second of eight Claiming Crown races featured on the opening day card at Gulfstream Park Saturday, Dec 6 with a field of ten set to go six furlongs on the main track. 
On Saturday at Aqueduct, the featured race is the 26th running of the $500,000 Cigar Mile. The prestigious Grade 1 has drawn a field of nine colts and geldings. 
On Saturday at Churchill Downs, the featured race is the 41st edition of the $100,000 Cardinal Handicap. Scheduled to be run at a mile and an eighth on the turf, the Grade 3 race has drawn a full field of fourteen fillies and mares with two additional contenders on the also-eligible list. 
The $350,000 De Francis Memorial Dash November 15 at Laurel Park is, as usual, a great betting race with ten talented sprinters lined up to contest the six furlong event on the main track. 
A loaded day of stakes races on Saturday at Laurel Park kicks off with the $100,000 Smart Halo Stakes. The six-furlong contest has drawn a field of seven two-year-old fillies. 
Fall racing returns to Del Mar Friday, October 7 for the first time since 1967 in what the track is calling “The Bing Crosby Season” – a 15 day meeting that concludes November 30. 
On Saturday at Aqueduct, the featured race is the 58th running of the $200,000 Long Island Handicap. Scheduled to be run at a mile and a half on the turf, the Grade 3 race has drawn a full field of twelve fillies and mares with two additional listed as also-eligible. 
The top level stakes action continues on Saturday at Santa Anita with the $2 million Breeders’ Cup Filly and Mare Turf. The mile and a quarter contest has drawn a field of eleven fillies and mares including the defending champion Dank (GB).
